The Global Campus of Kansas State University is a pioneer in distance learning, starting with traveling instructors in the 1960’s. In the mid-1990’s the internet provided a more interactive and broader scope of opportunity to distance learning program. The school offers dozens of degree programs including bachelor’s degrees in agriculture, arts & sciences, business, human ecology and technology. Master’s degrees are available in agriculture, architecture, planning and design, education, engineering and human ecology; doctorates are conferred in education and human ecology. In addition to the degree programs, a lengthy list of certificates are also offered. Global Campus also hosts a robust support system available to students including financial assistance, IT support and military-specific resources. Flexibility and student support are the hallmarks of the Global Campus mission.
