UMaineOnline is the host for the University of Maine online education department. The school offers the flexibility of summer and winter sessions, so online students aren’t limited to the semester schedule. While primarily focused on graduate degrees, undergraduate degrees include political science, surveying engineering technology and university studies. Graduate degrees offered include MBA, social work (MSW), elementary and secondary education, literacy, instructional technology, special education, teaching, interdisciplinary studies, spatial informatics, information systems, bioinformatics and engineering and business. Additionally, the university offers certificates for the established professional as well as 2 doctorate programs in engineering and science. The website offers a robust support page including a technology section that covers much more than standard tech support – it offers tutorials on getting started and help pages on a variety of technology-related subjects.
