Online Learning at Tyler Junior College features an interactive website with abundant information. Tyler Junior College serves to prepare students to enter the workforce with an associate’s degree or prepare for a degree completion program at a four-year school. Fully online associate’s degree programs include business, criminal justice, economics, education, history, psychology, sociology and social work. Online certificates include fire protection technology and public administration. Tyler Junior College also offers hybrid programs that include some campus attendance. All programs are fully accredited and professors are highly respected experts in their fields. Online resources include orientation, IT help, academic assistance, advising, financial aid and information specifically for out-of-state students. Student support includes tutoring, disability services, counseling, adult student services and career counseling. Tyler Junior College is a participant in the TRIO Program offering higher education to economically or physically disadvantaged students who would be the first of their families to attend college.
