Frontier Community College is affiliated with Illinois Eastern Community Colleges and offers online programs for the convenience and flexibility of adult learners with busy schedules who wish to advance their careers through education. There is no campus requirement for the online programs; classes follow the same academic calendar of 16 week sessions, although access to the material is at the student’s convenience. All programs are accredited and meet the same academic standards as on-campus programs. There are two types of degree programs available at Frontier Community College: applied science degrees and transfer degrees which are designed to satisfy the first two years of a bachelor’s degree program. Transfer degrees available online include general studies, science and science & arts; applied science degrees are offered in accounting & computing and medical office staff.
