It’s important to understand the impacts of sleep deprivation and lack of sleep on teens and college students. Knowing the recommended sleep time gives teens and university students a target to shoot for. Between 70% and 96% of college students<\/a> don’t get enough sleep. Only half of university students sleep more than seven hours. That number goes even higher for kids in high school; almost three out of four of these students sleep less than seven hours<\/a> a night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
