Morningside College recognizes the schedule challenges and geography obstacles that many professional educators face when they seek to enhance or advance their careers through higher education. In order to help students shape their own future, Morningside College offers a master’s degree program in education that is 100% online through the Sharon Walker School of Education. The program offers two disciplines: professional educator and special education as well as certificate programs for local credentials. The program is fully accredited and features a variety of start times as the ability to pause and reenter the program as needs dictate. Access to peers and instructors is readily available, as are various learning resources including an online writing center and data lab. All course content is relevant to current national standards of education.
