Hope Through Learning Award
The Homeless Children’s Education Fund (HCEF) offers the Hope Through Learning Award Scholarship to those students younger than 24 years old, who reside in Allegheny County, PA, and have experienced some form of homelessness while attending school between pre-school through their high school tenure.
