The University of Tennessee at Martin (abbreviated UT Martin) is a member of the University of Tennessee system. Through UT Martin Online, the University offers several 100% online courses including (but not limited to) undergraduate degree programs in interdisciplinary studies, philosophy, nursing, business, agriculture, and veterinary technology and graduate-level programs in finance, agriculture, education, and communications. All of UT Martin’s online programs offer the same quality education as its traditional, on-campus programs with the added benefit of flexibility and convenience. There are no face-to-face requirements and many courses follow the same academic calendar as a traditional program, are taught by the same instructors, and have the same course goals and objectives. UT Martin’s online course work is accessed using the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), a web-based virtual classroom which allows students to interact with classmates and professors, submit assignments, access course materials and more.
