Seward County Community College and Area Technical School is a participating member of EduKan which is a cooperative effort between six community colleges in western Kansas to provide online educational opportunities. Programs offered include associate-level degrees from one of four member institutions, including Seward County Community College. EduKan programs available include biology, business administration, chemistry, general studies and liberal arts. SCCC also offers in-house online programs in surgical technology and medical laboratory technology. SCCC is a participant in TRIO, a federally funded resource for first-generation students with certain disabilities and economic need. Additional support services include the math & science lab and the writing center. These are over and above the resources of admissions, financial aid, academic advising and counseling and an online career exploration center.
