The Office of Online Education oversees and administers distance programs at Savannah State University. Using Brightspace D2L and eCore courses as their content delivery methods, SSU offers students the flexibility of schedule while earning their degree at their convenience. Online classes contain the same academic rigor as on-campus courses and offer interaction between students, instructors and peers to enhance the learning experience. The website has much information about online learning contained on a strategies page; technology requirements and FAQ are readily available. eCore allows students to complete their first two years’ credit requirement completely online; a bachelor of business administration is offered completely online also. All students are offered resources and support services including admission, financial aid and enrollment, technology support, career center access and more.
