Quinsigamond Community College offers associates degrees and has agreements with public four-year institutions under the MassTransfer program which provides guarantees of admission at Massachusetts state universities and UMass campuses. QCC also sponsor articulation agreements with a number of private colleges and universities, allowing students to transfer easily. At QCC associates degrees are offered in business, liberal arts – education, english or history options, criminal justice, healthcare and computer science. Additionally, certificate programs include business, law enforcement, computer forensics and human services. Online classes are taught by the same instructors and include the same curriculum as traditional (brick and mortar) classes; virtual education allows for greater flexibility of schedule for the busy student. Available student resources include IT support, a student portal called “The Q” featuring blackboard and starfish applications and online tutoring in addition to online access to the library and bookstore.
