Northwest Technical College partners with Distance Minnesota to offer online programs and classes. Available associate degree programs include accounting, business, sales marketing & management, computer technology, nursing and healthcare fields. In addition to the 2-year degree tracks, Northwest Technical College provides many certificate programs directly related to careers in business, computer technology, medical office services and the trades. The Distance Minnesota site offers an abundance of information and support, ranging from helping to determine if distance learning is a good fit for the student to ordering textbooks for each class (and everything in between). Distance Minnesota also provides may tutorials and help programs on their Desire2Learn platform, providing the student with a good foundation for their online education.
