Northern Oklahoma College is a two-year school offering associate-level degrees; it is the state’s oldest community college established in 1901. NOC is a participant in NC-SARA for reciprocity across state lines and uses Blackboard as their primary content delivery system. Helpful links are provided including an online readiness quiz, student user guide for Blackboard and access to technology support. NOC also offers a support network specifically for distance students including admissions, financial aid and enrollment, academic advising and career counseling, online tutoring, bookstore and library access and exam proctoring. Online programs available include business disciplines and general studies. Many individual classes are offered online as well. NOC has articulation agreements with the University of Central Oklahoma and the school has partnered with other institutions to offer cooperative career guidance services.
