North Iowa Area Community College provides online courses which allow students to study at their convenience in the location of their choice. By offering classes and material online, North Iowa Area Community College opens up educational opportunity for students who otherwise would not be able to enhance or advance their career through education because of schedule or geography challenges. The FAQ webpage advises technical requirements, offers practical advice, explores the Canvas learning delivery system and provides information about the Iowa Community College Online consortium, of which the school is a member. A general associate of arts degree is available fully online. North Iowa Area Community College also maintains program articulation agreements with several colleges and universities to provide a smooth transition into a bachelor’s program after an associate’s degree is earned.
