New Mexico State University is a public, research institution and the flagship campus of the NMSU System. Nationally recognized for its affordable education, NMSU offers a number of online programs including undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as certificate and licensure options. Delivered via the most innovative technology and methods available, many of NMSU’s online courses are available 100% online without any on-site requirements. Areas of study include (but are not limited to) education, sociology, business, criminal justice, health and social services, and engineering. NMSU also offers online 2+2 bachelor degrees in which the first two years of courses are earned through NMSU Alamogordo Community College (NMSU-A) and the second two years through NMSU Las Cruces (NMSU-LC). Designed to benefit non-traditional students, the 2+2 academic degree plans are aligned in such a way to allow a smooth transition between programs and colleges.
