Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary sponsors a program called “OnlineYou” that houses their distance education programs. OnlineYou is a proprietary, rigorous study program designed by scholars in the field and tailored for online students who are actively engaged in ministry. MBTS uses the Canvas content delivery system to allow students to pursue their education without leaving their current ministry career. Courses are available in 8-week terms; with full loads in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Online degrees feature counseling, divinity with available concentrations and theological studies including several options; undergraduate degree programs are available as well. Student resources and support services available include admissions, financial aid and enrollment, access to library databases and bookstore, various resources for the student’s local church to use and a career center.
