Online learning at Itasca Community College is designed to overcome the obstacles of geography and schedule commitments and allow students who otherwise would not be able to attend campus access to college curriculum for the betterment of their career. Starting with an online learner checklist, the school website guides students through each step of the admission process through logon to the content delivery system. Itasca Community College offers several individual classes online as part of their degree and certificate programs; a certificate in geographic information systems is available completely online. All online courses are held to the same academic standards and are included under the school’s accreditation. In addition to admission, financial aid and academic resources and support services, Itasca Community College provides all students with access to the Office 365 software suite.
