Friends University is a leader in adult education; it is one of the first universities to offer programs that meet the needs of busy adults; the degree completion program was launched in 1985. As new technologies became available, Friends University leveraged them to enhance the opportunity for the remote or busy student. Student software is provided free of charge and support is provided for the application. Bachelor’s degrees available online include business, education, computers and cyber security. Online master’s degrees are offered in cyber security, education, MBA with multiple disciplines, information security, health care leadership and management information systems. Adult students are provided with an academic success coach to guide them through their journey; other resources and support services include tutoring, computer lab, internship arrangement and career guidance.
