Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment seeks to meet the challenges of non-traditional students who desire to enhance or advance their careers through higher education. These students have schedule commitment and geography challenges that would prevent their attendance for on-campus classes. The environmental leadership master of environmental management program is offered 100% online to overcome these challenges and assist students to become leaders in their professions. Innovative and flexible, the online master’s degree program allows professionals to maintain their schedule commitments while earning their master’s degree within two years. The curriculum is administered by experts in the field and is relevant to current trends; additional resources within the Duke family are readily available to broaden the learning experience. Students also have access to the career center to assist with next steps after graduation.
