Online programs at the College of the Ouachitas include general education and early childhood education disciplines; the school also offers several courses online that are included in other degree programs. The school is an active participant in the US Department of Education TRiO program which offers support and assistance to low-income and first-in-family students to obtain college degrees. College of the Ouachitas offers a robust student support services network as part of this federal program including tutoring, disability services, counseling on academic and personal levels, cultural activities and special events. Additionally, the school participates in Arkansas Career Pathways which is a cooperatively-sponsored program designed to guide students from the classroom to the workforce in a smooth transition. This is also integrated into the school’s career services office.
