Butler County Community College’s online and distance education webpage touts the school’s participation in NC-SARA for reciprocity across state lines and membership in QM (quality matters). Content delivery options are detailed followed by admission instructions, requirements for attendance, skills, abilities, hardware and connectivity. Testing procedures are described to complete the introductory page. BCCC offers many courses online; there are programs that can be completed entirely online including business management associate’s degree and human resources management certificate. The FAQ page leads with an identification of traits that successful online students have and a self-assessment survey. Many other issues are explored on this page. BCCC has existing transfer agreements to assist the graduate with transferring a two-year degree into a four-year bachelor program. The transfer services office provides all appropriate information and guidance.
