The online learning section at Arapahoe Community College features a comprehensive overview of the school’s offerings and support. Associate of arts and associate of science degrees are designed for transfer to a four-year program. AA & AS degree programs include anthropology, business, criminal justice, education, philosophy, political science, psychology and sociology. The associate of applied science degrees are free-standing, full two-year degrees available in a wide range of fields including accounting, communications, business, computer information and network technology, criminal justice, journalism & contemporary media, nursing and retail management. Online support is available to all students and includes admission, transfer, orientation and financial aid information as well as informational resources about the college, tips for success and online learning FAQs. Classroom presentations – PowerPoint, lectures and articles – are made available to the virtual student at any time, allowing the working student to schedule their classwork at their convenience.
