Education

The intentionally small design of the school means students receive 1-on-1 career coaching beginning their first year. The MBA layout features two seven-week modules every semester. Students can take advantage of optional extended learning opportunities during breaks, such as The Wall Street Trek, an international trip, a healthcare immersion, or a social entrepreneurship project. There are multiple ways to customize the learning experience through a 20-credit hour specialization, 12-hour concentration, or eight-hour emphasis. Specializations include Brand Management, Corporate Finance, Human and Organizational Performance, or Investment Management. The career-focused concentrations offered are Accounting, Finance, General Management, Healthcare, Human and Organizational Performance, Marketing, Operations and Analytics, and Strategy. An emphasis in Entrepreneurship, International Studies, and Real Estate are available.

The 21-month Executive MBA will take your leadership abilities to the next level. This highly effective program designed to push your boundaries features an Executive Edge or Global Immersion Track, which will be selected during the second year of study.

Additional specialized master’s programs offered include the MS in Finance, Master of Marketing, Master of Management in Healthcare, and the MAcc. MAcc students are able to pursue the Assurance or Valuation route.

Student Life

Students who want to become their best selves will be challenged and see exponential personal growth through the Leadership Development component. Nashville has been named among the Best Big Cities for Jobs by Forbes. The thriving economy leads to a 100% summer internship placement rate.
