The University of Redlands School of Business is dedicated to meeting the needs of all learners, but especially those of active adult professionals. The School has many locations and offers evening, online, and once a week classes to accommodate busy schedules. All business programs are designed to cover a set of what has been deemed 21st Century Business Skills. These skills produce graduates who are integrative, analytical, entrepreneurial, and ethical, just to name a few.

Education

The University of Redlands has several campus locations throughout California, as well as an online learning platform. All of the California Campuses offer Bachelor’s of Science in Business or Management. BSB students may major in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, Professional Financial Planning, or Purchasing Logistics and Supply Chain Management. All graduate students can also complete their MBA or Master’s of Organizational Leadership. A Master’s of Science in Information Technology is available specifically at the Redlands and Burbank campuses.

Student Life

Overall wellness is a priority at the University of Redlands. Full-time students can participate in wellness coaching, as well as counseling free of charge. Doctor’s visits for physical needs can also be scheduled for only $10 through the Student Health Center. The University holds more than 100 clubs and organizations. Redlands Accounting Society, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Women in STEAM+ are a few of the options that would be of potential interest to business students. The Office of Community Service Learning works with local school districts, school faculty, and nonprofit agencies to organize over 100,000 hours of outreach service each year. Business students are sure to find a cause that they are interested in. Participating in volunteer work provides networking benefits, helps individuals find a sense of purpose, and can be a great addition to resumes’ as a new graduate.

Online Programs

University of Redlands’ online MBA is open to anyone regardless of their previous business experience or educational focus of study. Participants can expect to gain foundational business knowledge, improve communication and leadership skills, and gain the ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives. “Grounded in the liberal arts, the Redlands’ Master of Business Administration degree develops your ability to be innovative, decisive, and driven by a true sense of purpose.” The program is completely online and follows an eight-week course schedule. There are six start dates per year, with most students completing their degree in between 18 and 24 months of their start date. Neither the GMAT or GRE is required, and the program carries esteemed ACBSP accreditation. The curriculum includes relevant courses such as Accounting and Finance for Managers, Management and Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management, and Investment Theory and Management. Concentrations are available in Finance, General Business, Location Analytics, or Marketing.
