Education
Undergraduate students have an opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics or Industrial Management, or a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. The BBA specializations consist of Accounting, Business Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Information Systems, Insurance and Risk Management, International Business, Marketing, Operations Management, and Real Estate.
The Lindner MBA is 48 credit hours, and students have the ability to customize their MBA by earning a graduate certificate. There are over 20 certificates, such as Health Care Policy and Regulations, Enterprise Resource Planning, Professional Selling and Sales Management, and International Business. Specialized master’s programs are also offered in Accounting, Applied Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Marketing, and Taxation.
The Lindner Ph.D. in Business Administration allows students to focus their research by selecting a concentration in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, or Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems. Students in the Ph.D. program are eligible for assistantships and scholarships to cover the full cost of their tuition.
Student Life
The First-Year Experience is an exciting opportunity for 25 freshman students to live in the same community while tackling three projects; Project Strategy, Project Innovation, and Project Impact. The co-op program was first established in 1906, and students have completed internships with top companies including Under Armour, Goldman Sachs, Hershey, and Tesla. Students can also study abroad in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and South America. The Buddy Program gives students the chance to learn about other cultures by showing international students around and participating in social activities planned for exchange students.
Online Programs
Graduate students can earn a flexible, online Master’s of Business Administration, Master of Science in Health Administration, Master of Health Informatics, or Master of Science in Taxation. Graduate certificates offered online include Business Foundations, Corporate Taxation, Health Care Administration, Health Care Finance, Health Care Operations, Health Care Policy and Regulation, Individual Taxation, and Marketing. Online students have access to many valuable tools, such as library resources, technical support, and support from enrollment advisors and student success coordinators. According to a 2018 alumni survey, 87% on online graduates are employed within 90 days of completing their degree.
