Southern New Hampshire University’s School of Business can trace its roots back to 1932. Its rich history brings many years of perfecting and adapting the business programs to provide an excellent, challenging, and relevant education. Expert faculty instruct with years of experience and help prepare graduates to be marketable and ready to succeed in their career goals. The ACBSP accredits most of the business programs.

Education

An incredible amount of degree programs exist for undergraduate and graduate students. The Associates in Business Administration provides a firm foundation in business fundamentals. Undergraduates can further pursue one of 15 Bachelors degrees, including Accounting, Business Administration, Air Traffic Management, Economic Finance, Construction Management, Hospitality Business, Technical Management, and Sport Management. The BBA offers 12 areas of concentration, including Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Healthcare Administration. Most of the Bachelors degree programs have the accelerated option to complete in just three years. There is a Masters in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration for graduate students. The MBA offers concentrations in International Business, Business Analytics, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Project Management. Doctoral students can earn a Ph.D. in International Business. Business students can study abroad in a plethora of locations throughout Europe, South America, Asia, and Oceania.

Student Life

Outside of the classroom, students find an incredible amount of learning opportunities. The Office of Student Involvement provides leadership growth through workshops, events such as the Fall Leadership Conference, and student clubs and organizations. Academic groups, specifically for business students, include the Accounting Society, American Marketing Association, International Business Association, and the Sport Management Club. From day one, students have an incredible support system and advisors to lead them through their academic pathway. Outstanding career preparation opportunities exist through the Career Services department. They help with finding internships, job fairs, networking with over 80,000 successful alumni, on-campus interviews, recruiting programs, developing portfolios, resumes, assessments, and career coaching. Hands-on experiences are crucial in the professional developmental process. This happens through internships and service-learning opportunities like problem-solving projects with real companies and hosting the Global Days of Service initiative.

Online Programs

SNHU shines in its online degree offerings. Providing more degrees and concentrations online than on-campus allows business students to achieve an affordable, accessible, and esteemed degree fully online. There are online Associate degrees in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, and Accounting. Online business bachelor degree students can choose from 18 different options, including Business Administration, Community Health Education, Data Analytics, Information Technologies, and Operations Management. A variety of concentrations are available throughout most of the degree programs. For graduate students, there are 14 different Masters degrees to choose from, like Accounting, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, and Organizational Leadership. The MBA offers 20 concentrations, including Business Intelligence, International Finance, Music Business, Sustainability & Environmental Compliance, and Entrepreneurship. Online students can benefit from virtual environments, online clubs and organizations, academic advising, and career preparation.
