The AACSB-accredited Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College fosters a familial environment of excellence, support, integrity, transformation, and innovation within their successful preparation of global, competitive, and responsible business leaders. Small classes taught by accessible, distinguished, and influential faculty members provide a personal, interactive, and impactful educational experience. Crummer believes in lifelong learning and helps build a firm business foundation that drives each student to achieve their career goals and aspirations.

Education

There are three types of Masters in Business Administration degrees offered to Crummer students. The Early Advantage MBA is for people who have recently graduated from college or desire a change in career. It meets full-time during the day and offers concentrations in Entrepreneurship, International Business, Marketing, Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Enterprise, Finance, Management, and Operations & Technology Management. The Professional MBA is geared toward the working professional offering classes two times a week in the evening with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance. The Executive MBA meets just one weekend every month and focuses on leadership and global business.

For an even higher degree, there is the AACSB-accredited Executive Doctorate in Business Administration, which is the very first EDBA offered in the state of Florida. MBA students have a variety of opportunities to gain incredible insight into the world of global business through global consulting projects, the global sustainability course, international exchange programs, and global immersions in places like Costa Rica and the IPADE Business School in Mexico City. Crummer awards scholarships and graduate assistantships to aid graduate students financially.    

Student Life

An essential part of the educational process is getting involved in co-curricular activities, programs, and events. The College offers over 100 student organizations from academic, professional, and political, to religious, recreational, and special interest. There are over 7,000 alumni that create a global network, which provides an incredible amount of professional development opportunities and connections. With Rollins being located near the city of Orlando, business students have access to all types of professional organizations.

Throughout the coursework, graduate students gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges with actual companies. Each MBA student has access to Crummer’s Career Resource Center, which provides career coaching, job interview preparations, personal development, help to find internships, resume help, and job search assistance.

Crummer provides Centers of Excellence that allow students to experience and apply learning, train, and professionally develop. The Center for Management & Executive Education includes team building, strategic skills, executive coaching, and certificate programs for managers in all types of organizations. The Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship highly supports the entrepreneurial efforts of students and connects them with faculty and business owners for education and collaboration purposes. Students can use their business knowledge and their desire to serve by participating in disaster and poverty relief efforts through the Center for Leadership & Community Engagement. There is also the Center for Leadership Development and the Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership.
