Pace University’s main campus is in New York City. This location offers members of the Lubin School of Business a unique opportunity to see and experience business at many levels on a first-hand basis. The College offers one of the largest co-op and internship programs available and emphasizes a student-centered approach to learning. Ninety-one percent of the 2018 undergraduates and 94% of graduate students who completed their degree through the Lubin SOB are either continuing their education, employed, doing volunteer service, or serving in the military. This high rate of success shows the quality of programs available. While being in New York City sets students up to experience diversity, the Center for Global Business Programs gives practical international experiences and offers a variety of academic and professional programs. Students may choose from many destinations such as Brussels, China, Copenhagen, Brazil, India, London, Singapore, Malaysia, and Stockholm.

Education

Students can earn a bachelor’s through doctoral degree through the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. A few of the high-quality undergraduate offerings are in Accounting, Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Information System, and Marketing, Graduate students have many degrees to choose from as well, such as Taxation, Law, MBA, International Business, or Financial Risk Management. Those interested in earning their Doctorate can maintain their responsibilities while completing a hybrid Doctor of Professional Studies degree. Lubin holds accreditation with the AACSB, meaning that their programs have met the most rigorous standards in the business education industry.

Student Life

The Lubin School of Business offers many opportunities for student growth professionally and personally outside of the classroom. There an array of honor’s societies and professional organizations are available such as the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, Future Business Leaders at Pace, National Association of Black Accountants, and many more. Pace University’s unique location in the of NYC puts them within close proximity of many business leaders. The Lubin School of Business takes advantage of this through the Executive Residence Program, which brings top executives, V.P.’s, CEO, and other leading business leaders to the campus. These high profile visitors give relevant lectures and interact with students at events throughout the year. Another way that students are supported is through financial aid and scholarships. Nearly 75% of all Freshman students at Pace receive grants or scholarships directly from the University. There are additionally many specialized scholarships, grants, and internships available through private donors, corporate partners, and the individual colleges.

Online Programs

There are three hybrid offerings for Lubin students-an Executive MBA, Master’s in Finance for Professionals, and Doctor of Professional Studies. The EMBA is a 20-month program that begins each fall and includes 10-weekend residencies in New York City. Students interested in a Master’s of Finance can earn their degree in 12 months, with only seven residencies. The Doctor of Professional Studies is a three to five-year program with flexibility to accommodate professionals busy lifestyles. Participants meet on Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for 10 Fridays from September through May.
