The College of Business at Northwest University proudly offers a variety of on-campus and online business degree programs designed to equip the business professionals of tomorrow. Like all of the nation’s top business management colleges, Northwest offers exciting programs like an on-campus Bachelor of Arts in business management to an online Master of Business Administration program. Business administration, music industry business, and marketing are just a few of the many areas of study available to undergrads and master’s students through the College of Business. No matter the industry or focus, NU has the relevant academic tools needed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge they require to excel.

Northwest University’s main campus is located in the greater Seattle area, close to successful organizations such as Microsoft, Google, and Amazon. Also, this area of the country has become a hot spot for other innovative tech companies and burgeoning startups. Combined, these organizations provide a vast network of internship and career opportunities for the business school’s students and graduates. All courses are taught by expert instructors—many who have worked at some of the world-class companies above—offering solid business theory and real-world experience to a variety of industries.

Education

All students enrolled in the College of Business are required to find an internship. Because of this, all College of Business graduates leave the university with real-life experience under their belts. NU’s Vocation and Occupation Center exists to help students find and secure connections to internship opportunities throughout the Seattle area. The undergraduate and graduate curriculum presented by the business school includes an international experience, so students get a firsthand look at how businesses operate in other countries.

Undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry Business, Management, Accounting, Marketing, and Business Administration. A Master of Business Administration is offered as a graduate degree. The business school features online programs like an MBA, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, and a BA in Organizational Management. Adult/Evening programs include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Organizational Management.

Student Life

NU’s leadership understands that a student’s desire to earn a degree is only part of their academic experience. The business school exists to help students in a variety of ways. From internships to career services to leadership opportunities and more, learners will find staff, faculty, and programs working in unison to open the door to social and professional success. The Northwest University Vocation and Occupation Center serves students by guiding them in discerning their life calling. NUVO’s advisors will show students how natural strengths can be best applied in a job setting. Students can expect to form meaningful relationships with community businesses and organizations. With NU’s vibrant alumni community, students can connect with an abundance of networking opportunities.

Online Programs

Undergraduate and graduate students alike can find an exemplary online degree at the College of Business. A Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Business Management and Organizational Management are both provided. An online MBA is also featured at Northwest’s business school. All programs enjoy an excellent accreditation and are delivered by the same staff that teaches on the campus in Seattle. As Northwest University is a Christian school, these programs’ curriculums feature a faith integration component.
