Through these departments, students can earn a bachelor’s degree, a Master’s of Accountancy, or a Master’s in Business Administration. MBA students will select a concentration in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or Supply Chain Management.

Student Life

Students interested in becoming an entrepreneur have access to a number of valuable resources at their fingertips through the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Aspiring student entrepreneurs expand their knowledge and business acumen through attending lectures, workshops, bootcamps, and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Symposium for Graduate Students. Students can also join the Aggie Student Entrepreneurship Club, or gain hands-on experience through an entrepreneurship internship. Specialized competitions, such as the Mobile App Idea Competition and the Food Entrepreneurship Challenge, motivate students to push boundaries and spark their creativity.

The Transportation Institute, located in the COBE, is a hub for students interested in careers related to the transportation industry. Students have the opportunity to attend the annual Transportation Review Board Conference, participate in internships, and even have their research published. The Closing Bell Speaker series features monthly guest speakers who educate students on the trends in the changing global business environment. COBE students can experience the global environment first hand through study abroad trips offered several times per year. Previous study abroad destinations have included South Africa, China, and Greece.

By now I’m sure you’re wondering what a first-class education like this will cost. The COBE is very fortunate to be able to offer a multitude of scholarships. Students who receive a Distinguished Endowed Scholarship will have their tuition, fees, premium housing, meal plan, and laptop paid for. Additionally, these students will receive four years of executive mentoring and attend a study abroad scholarship the summer following their freshman year. There are also several endowed scholarships ranging from $5,000-full paid. In addition to the designated amount, students will receive traditional housing and a meal plan. Corporate scholarships are also available for specific business majors and range from $2,000 to $7,500.
