There are three MBA options to choose from, fully online, on-campus, or accelerated. The online program can be completed in 20 months, on-campus typically takes 24 months, and the accelerated format follows a one-year timeline.
Malone students have over 65 student groups to choose from. A few of the on-campus organization choices are Malone International Student Association, Outdoor Adventure Club, Spiritual Life Committee, and Commuter Club. Intramural sports are an amazing way to get connected in the fall. Students play flag football, soccer, sand volleyball, and tennis. Spring options include basketball, ultimate frisbee, or volleyball. Those who enjoy sports can also join a competitive club team that gives participants the opportunity to be a part of competitions against other institutions. There are many teams to join like Men’s Rugby, Disc Golf, Cheerleading, and ESports.
The Wellness Center, Health Center, and Counseling Center help students maintain wellness both inside and out. Nurse Practitioners and Doctors staff the Health Center and provide primary care services to full-time students free of charge. The Wellness Center was built in 2004 and has fun group exercise classes, a weight room, cardio machines, and access to personal trainers. Off-campus the city of Canton has a lot to offer as well. Students go to the movies, roller skate, and bowl. There are also several local thrift shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops to explore.
Malone students have options when it comes to completing a business degree online. Undergrads can earn a Bachelor’s of Arts in Marketing, Organizational Management, or Business Administration. Prior coursework is required before entering these programs, but with the appropriate prerequisites, they can be completed between 12 to 24 months.
Graduate students can earn an MA in Organizational Leadership or MBA fully online as well. Some of the topics discussed within the well-rounded distance MBA include organizational behavior, international business, abstract reasoning, marketing, and systematic thinking. The Organizational Leadership program includes practical application strategies like how to resolve conflict within organizations, inspiring and engaging followers, promoting individual growth, and how to effect change in organizations.
