They also have the option to obtain a Bachelors in Computing, Digital Media, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Interior Architecture, and Surveying & Mapping. The College also hosts the University’s Army ROTC program. There is an Accelerated MBA option that can be completed in one year, is cohort-based, and has weekend in-person sessions.

Except for the Accelerated MBA students, all other graduate students can pursue tuition scholarships or Graduate Assistantships to help fund their education. Undergraduates have access to a plethora of scholarships, as well. To help build a much needed global perspective in business, students can participate in a variety of study abroad trips throughout their degree process. There are short-term and long-term options, and they can join the student exchange programs and study at universities in places like Canada, France, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand.

Student Life

For students to gain the most out of their college experience, they must participate in one of the student-led organizations. These groups help build camaraderie, leadership abilities and provide service opportunities. Business-specific organizations include the American Marketing Association, Beta Gamma Sigma, Delta Sigma Pi, Entrepreneurs Club, Students of Finance Association, Collegiate Merchandising Association, Economics Club, and the Society for Human Resources Management.

To further help prepare for the future, Career Services provides educational tools regarding job searches, resume writing, interview prep, career guidance, and professional preparation. They also help students find internships, job shadowing opportunities, co-ops, and community service projects. Also, business and technology students have exclusive access to the Communication’s Lab, where they receive help with improving all types of communication skills. Two institutions, the Bureau of Business & Economics Research and the Center for Banking, exist to help business students and the community, enhance their knowledge and skills. The Bureau is where students can assist with research efforts and outreach in helping support the economic development and sustainability of the University, community, and the region. The Center provides educational courses, activities, and projects for students, researchers, and local bankers regarding the banking industry.

Online Programs

Graduate students can obtain a 100% online Masters in Business Administration or Digital Marketing. The Accelerated MBA combines online coursework with weekend classroom sessions. Undergraduates have mostly online Bachelors in Management or Marketing degrees that do require some in-person meetings.
