Education
The business undergraduate degree programs consist of the Bachelors in Accounting, International Business, Economics, Applied Data Science Analytics, Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, and Marketing. An interdisciplinary program that blends business and art classes is the Bachelors in Arts Management. Graduate students can earn a Masters in Accounting or Business Administration. The MBA has concentrations in Healthcare Management, Sustainability, Food & Agriculture, Entrepreneurial Leadership & Strategy, Information Management, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management. There is also the option for a self-designed concentration to best fit specific interests. Dual degrees in Master of Sustainability/MBA and Masters in Food Studies/MBA are available as well. Several integrated degree programs, which guarantee graduate school admission, exist for undergraduate students.
Financial aid comes in many forms. First-year students can qualify for several scholarships, including the full-tuition scholarships: Rachel Carson Scholarship and the Presidential Scholarship. Graduate students can participate in the assistantships and fellowships available that help pay for tuition while receiving incredible real-world experience. During the degree process, Chatham students are highly encouraged to participate in the many available international trips to broaden their global influence and diversify their educational experience.
Student Life
College is a once in a lifetime priceless experience in the life of a student. To get the most out of the experience, business students can participate in a variety of student organizations like the Accounting Club, Asian Student Association, Black Student Union, Chatham Against Cancer, Chatham Feminist Coalition, Marketing Association, Omicron Delta Kappa Circle, Graduates Go Green, Net Impact, and MIS/Analytics Club.
The University is well connected with businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations, which help students find quality internships for excellent hands-on experience and fulfillment of the requirement to graduate. Any opportunity to grow in leadership abilities and positively influence the community is beneficial to every student. The Office of Student Engagement arranges a variety of activities, programs, and events. These include the Leadership Exploration and Development Program, the Emerging Leaders Retreat, the Women of the World Retreat, the Social Activism Institute, the Bonner Leaders Program, Make A Difference Day and MLK Day of Service. The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship offers training and events to help guide women who are starting businesses.
Online Programs
Business students can participate in a fully online degree completion program for the Bachelors in Business Administration degree. The Masters in Business Administration degree is also offered entirely online or a mix of completing courses online and on-campus.
