Education

Professors are excited to help students begin their business journey by selecting a business program that matches their career goals. Undergraduate students can earn a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Economics, Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business, or Marketing. In these highly interactive programs, professors frequently surprise their classes with spontaneous field trips to local businesses. To encourage students to continue their education, alumni of the undergraduate business program will receive a 15% tuition discount on the MBA or the MBM program.

Graduate programs offered include the Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Management, and the Master of Professional Accountancy. MBA students can take ownership of their degree by adding a concentration in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business, Marketing, Organizational Science, and Sport Management. Classes are offered in an eight-week term, and six start dates are available each year. Full-time students who can fully dedicate their time to their education can graduate in as few as 12 months.

Student Life

Students have many opportunities to expand their professional network, through company visits, and events to meet executives. National and international field experiences are also available in destinations such as Asia, Africa, Europe, South and Central America, and North America. MBM students can build their resumes through participation in business initiatives with companies, such as Target, Pepsi, and Kaiser Permanente. Students wishing to develop their leadership skills can attend the four-part Leadership Awareness workshop, which will probe students to tackle questions such as, “Am I really the leader I think I am?” Lectures, conferences, and job fairs are also recurring events with many benefits for business students. There are also opportunities to get involved in community service and attend community retreats.

Online Programs

The Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Management are offered in a flexible, fully online format. Students also have the option of mixing in classes at one of the regional campus locations. Degree completion time ranges from 15 months to five years, depending on the pace the student chooses. These programs are designed to allow students to earn a higher degree while balancing school, work, family, and other commitments. Students will learn from the same dedicated faculty, at the same level of rigor as the on-campus programs.
