Arnold Education Grant Program.

Student Life

Although it is an online university, APU works hard to create opportunities for students to engage, connect, network, and even serve their local communities. Student clubs and organizations include the American Advertising Federation, the Association of Latino Professionals in America, Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, Mu Kappa Tau Honor Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, Student Veterans of America, and Social Media Communities. The Student Affairs office provides leadership opportunities as Chapter Officers, Social Influencers, and Peer Mentors. ClearPath is an excellent program to access resources the university has to offer and to connect with others. There are many virtual and in-person opportunities for students, staff, faculty, and alumni to serve others at events such as Better World Books, A Million Thanks, President’s Volunteer, and Rise Against Hunger. Academic Advising assists students in finding the right path to graduation. Career Services helps guide students to success through finding internships and fellowships, career exploration, career coaching, interview preparation, resume review, online career fairs, job boards, career guides, and social media profile reviews.

Online Programs

Being that American Public University is a virtual campus, all of the business programs are offered entirely online. This provides students an affordable education with the convenience of completing coursework at times that work best for their busy schedules. Students have virtual access to discussion boards, libraries, forums, study groups, social media communities, professors, classmates, and advisors.
